So we control it before the first sheet runs. Our German presses produce one, two, four, five and six colours, supported by our own prepress and finishing.

Every carton, colour proof and barcode earns its release inside our own laboratory.

Presses a sample until it bursts, revealing how much force the board can take.
Compresses the flute edge-on to check stacking strength before cartons ship.
Burst and edge-crush testing show whether corrugated board can resist puncture, stacking and the realities of transit before a case earns release.
Prints a calibrated colour proof so the approved artwork has a physical reference.
Scans a colour chart and measures the difference against the approved reference.
Checks spot inks on press, keeping brand colours inside the agreed tolerance.
Grades barcodes for contrast, readability and reliable scanning.
Proofing, spectral measurement and barcode grading keep artwork, colour and machine-readable data aligned with the approved reference throughout production.

Our photovoltaic facility turns sunlight into renewable electricity for the operation, reducing reliance on conventional power.
Eligible offset printing and corrugated packaging can use Mix or Recycled material options within our certified scope.
Lead-free production materials and controlled processes remove an avoidable hazardous input from the work we manufacture.
