Privacy notice
How we handle your details.
This notice explains what Zafar Habib Packages (Pvt.) Ltd. collects through zafarhabib.com and what we do with it.
Last updated 12 October 2026
Who we are
Zafar Habib Packages (Pvt.) Ltd., 77-A Small Industrial Estate, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan. You can reach us at zhp@zafarhabib.com or on +92 41 858 6375. We decide how the details you send us are used.
What we collect
- Enquiry form (home page and product range): your name, company and work email, your telephone number if you give it, the product family and format you choose, and your message.
- Detailed enquiry form: the same contact details, what you tell us about the product (type, description, size, quantity, material, finishing and the date you need it), and any artwork or reference file you attach.
We ask only for what we need to answer you. The telephone number and most product details are optional.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, handle the order. We do this because you ask us to: you tick the consent box when you send a form, and answering enquiries is part of running our business. We use your details only for this. We do not sell them or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Where your details go
The form sends your details by email to our inbox, zhp@zafarhabib.com. The website and that inbox are hosted by A2 Hosting on servers in the United States, which store and deliver them for us. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep them
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to deal with any order that follows. After that we delete them, unless we have to keep a record for tax or other legal reasons.
Cookies and your browser
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Everything on it, including the fonts, is served from zafarhabib.com. It keeps two small settings in your browser, and neither identifies you:
- whether the high-definition video loaded quickly, so a visit within the next week starts in the right quality;
- that you have already seen the opening ZHP screen, until you close the tab.
Records our server keeps
Like every website, our host records technical details of each visit (the internet address your connection comes from, your browser, the page and the time) to keep the site running and secure, and keeps them for a limited time. To stop spam, the enquiry forms also keep a scrambled version of that address with the times of recent enquiries, and ignore anything older than ten minutes.
Links to other sites
Our links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to zhp@zafarhabib.com. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
